Returned items must be:

  • With all accessories, manuals, and tags

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Discounted or clearance sale items (unless defective)

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be made via:

    • Store credit (if applicable)

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

7. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost
  • If the return is due to customer preference, the customer must bear the shipping cost
